The Journey of a Phenomenon is often defined by clear stages.

In fact, the team has long been exclusive, a clique, an elite gathering, a restricted environment with centuries of tradition and mystery behind it. It has long been a place where power and access are hoarded. It’s the imperial sport of the British, the pioneering brand. And notably, the nation has its own culture, a series of esoteric hierarchies, a place that literally still has a king.

The team have been sealed up within this world from a young age. In trying to escape from it, to create a less brutal environment, they are just repeating their upbringing, forming a new circle, an exclusive group, however with a new team and a mentor encouraging individuality provided you conform.

Focus on the moment. Embrace challenges. However much you change, you remain stuck.
